Description
A man and woman competing in the 1974 Fort Hays Kansas State College Beauty and the Beast Contest photo. A black and white photo of a male student in a light-colored jersey with the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity symbol. The man is wearing an eye patch along with fake fangs and fake blood on his face and arm. He is wearing a disheveled wig on his head and holding a chain around the woman’s neck. The female student is seated in front of the man and wears a zip-front jacket and a striped neck scarf. Her hair is done in a feathered blowout. She is turned towards the man with her mouth open in mock horror.
