Description

Harold Palmer with Unidentified Persons in the 1970s This photograph was taken at a band camp in the 1970s with folding chairs and a riser in the background. Harold Palmer is presenting a reward to a young woman: a baton and a crown. Harold Palmer is holding a microphone in his left hand, and his right hand is in the middle of the young woman’s back, posing for the photo. The young woman holding the baton has a name tag on her right chest, which seems to read Janis and Hutchinson. Her crown is made up of flowers, tinsel pipe cleaners, and musical notes. The baton also has flowers on it, accompanied by ribbons. She has long, light, wavy hair with two side barrettes. She wears a floral mini dress with short bell sleeves. He wears Sansabelt dress slacks, a patterned short-sleeved shirt, and horn-rimmed glasses.
