Description

The black and white photograph was taken in front of Forsyth Library on June 23, 1977, at Fort Hays State University. It depicts Robert Luehrs holding a white cylindrical time capsule. In the background, a man and a woman wear formal attire, and two college-aged students wear casual school clothing. Two trees and a bush are part of the library landscaping. The limestone library is in the background.
