    Planeview-Beechwood Public Schools, Parent Notification of Exclusion, To Parent or Guardian: Date Jan. 15, 1948. Eunice Ballard is temporarily excluded from High School for the following reason: Coughing incessantly Sore throat. In the interest of your child's welfare, you may wish to have him seen by your family physician in order that proper care may be started at once. If a communicable disease is suspected, he should be separated from others in the family, and the Health Department should be notified. R. Boydston, School Principal
