Juanita Military Crossing, Blue River, Manhattan, Kansas. Please observe the seasonable view on the other side! This is only kind I have and I want to tell you some position facts. "Riley was incorporated in 1903" - so says one of the "incorporators". I'm also told that Leonardville & Randolph are incorporated. Mr. Hugerford must have meant that M is the only second class city in the Co. It is snowy & blowy here today. Cordially, Rose E Halden. Riley 2/18/1911 Ans 3/22/11 Miss Nettie G. Ferris, Manhattan, Kansas. c/o W. E. Fleming
