Leavenworth, The most important manufacturing town in Kansas. Has sixty-seven indu tries, all prosperous and growing. Stands third in furniture production in the United States. Has second largest mill-machinery plant in the country. Is second in the manufacture of stoves. Has the Parker Factory, the largest in the world devoted to the manufacture of amusement devices. Is best point for remanufacturing purposes in the Middle West. Produces over 250 thousand tons of coal within the city limits. Any further information from the Leavenworth Daily Post.
