Description

This black and white photographic postcard features a commemoration to the Indian Peace Treaty outside of Medicine Lodge. People returned years later to reenact the historical event, calling it "The Medicine Lodge Indian Peace Treaty Pageant". A row of covered wagons are in the field with crowds of people gathered in groups in the field. The far left background depicts two cars on the bluff. There is handwriting on the bottom of the card.
