Published for E. A. Taylor. Waconda Springs, near Cawker City, Kansas. Dear aunt How are you getting along? I am getting along pretty well. Have you been able to eat? I passed all the exams but algebra and if I study hard I can get through with that. There is about 40 in the Freshman Class. The Juniors had a pie social last night and I bought a pie for 35 and sold it for 60, so I made a quarter. Will I guess that will be all for now. Write soon.
