Description
This black and white photographic postcard depicts a blackout during a dust storm. The lower half of the card is black and the top half is gray. Three different sets of lights are in the formation of street lights. There is printed writing at the left of the card. This photograph was taken by a well known photographer, Frank Durnell Conard, located in Garden City, Kansas.
