Cheney Kan. Mar. 3rd 1911. Dear friend Hazel, will write a few lines in ans to your card none of us are very well. Alf has been having a time with his lungs he went to the Dr yesterday he said it was grippe settled on his lungs he spit up blood. I was down 2 weeks ago but was sick and the children were sick all the time I was there. Would of enjoyed the visit if I had felt better haven't been to your mothers since we came back.
