Description

There is handwriting on the bottom of the card. There is handwriting on the back of the card.

Baby's Ward Madison General Hospital, Photoart Monday Dear Adele: We reached home safely about half an hour late. Hope we did not tire you to death. We certainly enjoyed every minute.
