Hospitals - Guardians of Health May 12 National Hospital Day Sponsored by American Hospital Association We Invite You May 12th, birthday of Florence Nightingale, has been designated as National Hospital Day. It is an occasion when hospitals throughout the country hold open house, inviting the public to come and learn first hand of the services which the hospital renders to the community. The hospital provides the scientific equipment and the trained personnel which aid in the marvelous accomplishments of medicine and surgery: it is the birthplace of more than a million babies a year; its doors are open and its personnel ready 24 hours a day for any emergency; it is the guardian of the health of the community. We cordially invite you to visit us to inspect our facilities and sersvices. Remember the date, May 12th
