Description
This black and white photograph features a plastered fossil. Two men squat by the fully plastered fossil with two wooden poles. George F. Sternberg is on the left. A third man is turned away from the camera, looking inside a parked car with a long plank of wood leaning against the car. A can with a brush handle sticking out sits on the ground next to the excavation site. Boxes of supplies are gathered next to the back wheel of the car. A coat sits on the rim of the front right wheel.
