Description

This black and white photograph features the badlands west of Kimbetoh, New Mexico. Very little vegetation is on the dry landscape on the right side. Small and more significant hills with flat tops rise from the center to the left side. Trees, shrubs, and grasses can be seen in the background of the landscape. Kimbetoh Arroyo was an abundant location for fossil hunters to dig. Handwriting is at the bottom of the photo.
