Description
This black and white photograph features a team of horses hitched to a wagon on a rocky pathway. One man is standing next to the horses, while another is sitting on the ground to the wagon's left. A third man stands above them on a small hill to the right. There are specimens in white plaster on the ground next to the third man. Several trees are just a little behind the men and horses. A mountain can be seen behind the trees. The Smithsonian Institution published this image. (1938). Explorations and Field-Work of the Smithsonian Institution in 1937.
