Description
This black and white photograph features the east end of the Edson Quarry in Western Kansas. George F. Sternberg has written and marked where things are on the picture. There is sand in the middle of the quarry. A man is digging in a path next to the small rocky bluff in the right center. Grasses are in the foreground, and the pasture land is in the background.
