Description

This black and white photograph features a man working on a paleontological expedition in an unknown location in the badlands. The man is kneeling on a mound of dirt with his back to the camera. The mound of dirt is at the base of a small hill. More hills are seen in the background. A truck is parked several yards to the man's left on rocky ground. Loose rocks are seen in the foreground. The image is faded.
