Description

This black and white photograph features three men gold panning. Two of the men are standing, and the third man is squatting. The third man is holding a wide pan over a big bucket. Pails and cans are scattered on the ground around the men. A square piece of wood with a screen is leaning against a rock to the men's left. A file lies another rock in the lower left corner. The men are at the base of a hill covered with trees and shrubs.
