Description

This black and white photograph features two men carrying a large fossil near the back of a truck. George Sternberg, right, and an unidentified man are carrying a large fossil that has been plastered. They are standing at the back of a truck with its doors open. Two tents are behind the men and the truck. A trunk, several pails, two plastered fossils, a box, a long piece of lumber, and a canvas bag are next to the men. Shrubs and grasses are on the land behind them, and mountains are in the background.
