Description
This black and white photograph features two men digging in a small butte for fossils. The man on the left is squatting next to a small rock and brushing dirt away. The man on the right is behind a pile of dirt and has his back to the camera. A pick axe is on the rock just above him. Bones of extinct animals can be seen in the foreground. Grasses are on top of the butte.
