Description
This black and white photograph features the Torrejon Formation. It is located four miles east of Farmington, New Mexico. Shrubs and small trees are in the foreground, as well as along the base of some taller rock formations in the background. A path is seen in the middle part of a valley covered with vegetation. The hills are in a horseshoe shape, surrounding the left end of the valley. Handwriting is at the bottom of the photo.
