Description
This item features the black and white real photo postcard from the U.B.I.C.. The UBIC (Uintah Basin Industrial Convention) was started in 1923 at Fort Duchesne in Utah as a social and educational event focused on agricultural issues. It was later combined with the local Indian fair and ceased in the early 1940's. (Information from "A History Of Uintah County.") This photo features six Indigenous American men in various regalia. Five of the men are on horses; a sixth man stands between two of the horses. Trees are in the background.
