Description
This item features the black and white photo of two men who are looking at a fossil that they are excavating from the rocky ground. Taken at the Jack Swayze Ranch in Clark County, Kansas,, the men are sitting on a rocky piece of ground. A walking area has been dug out around the fossil. There are a number of different bones, including limbs and a spine. The men are seated next to each other and their arms are resting on their knees. Behind the man on the right are several tools, including a pick axe. A bucket sits in the hole that has been dug out next to the man on the right.
