Description
This item features the black and white photo of the Fort Hays Kansas State College president, Clarence E. Rarick. Mr. Rarick is standing in the quarry on land owned by Jack Swayze in Clark County, Kansas. He has his hands in the pockets of his pants. His shadow is seen to his right. Another person's shadow is in the lower left corner. NOTE: This picture is also in another digital collection which noted the year was either 1934 or 1935. The other digital collection this photo is in is the Lyman Dwight Wooster Photograph Collection.
