Description
This black and white photograph features a group of people being lectured about the fossil fish, Portheus Molossus. There are about 26 people in the picture, consisting of 24 children made up of boys and girls and a woman standing behind them and George Sternberg stands in front of them giving the lecture. He is wearing a lab coat. Most of the people are all facing the wall towards the frame of the fossil fish while two of the girls on the right hand side, have their heads turned back facing the camera. They are all some or a combination of the following: wearing long coats, long scarfs, short coats, and boots. Written text is below the photograph.
