Description
This black scrapbook page contains two black and white photographs. Both photographs feature the same setting: an excavation site, containing horses, supplies, and tools. The site is bordered by eroded outcrops covered with vertical rills. The primary difference other than the left photo’s higher exposure are the figures featured sitting in the same spot in the background: in the left, a man in a fedora faces right, chiseling at the rock; in the right, a man in a flat cap smiles towards the camera.
