Description
This black and white photograph contains a ceratopsian dinosaur skull. This photograph features light contrast due to the lighting and angle of the photographer. This exposed skull is a view of the parietal bones embedded in sedimentary rock. Two cavities are noticeable and occurred naturally before being embedded. There are sixteen countable frills while the rest are deeply embedded in the fossilized skull’s resting place. The skull is surrounded by rocky ledges that have obvious eroding. Above the skull is a rocky ridge of sedimentary rock. Sedimentary rock surrounds the ceratopsian dinosaur skull.
