Description
This black and white photograph features George Sternberg having a picnic with his wife Mabel and his children Charles and Ethel. They are sitting underneath a tree and George is handing a sandwich to the Charles. Charles is wearing overalls and is sitting in front of the tree. Ethel sits next to Charles and is holding a sandwich. She is wearing field clothes. Mabel sits to the right of the tree and is wearing a blouse and skirt. She has cookies and a package in front of her. George Sternberg is on his knees on the right and is wearing field clothes. They are sitting in the shade of a tree and the photograph is slightly overexposed.
