Description

This black and white photograph depicts rock formations at the paleontology dig site. The outcropping in focus has vertical erosion from the runoff of rain. In the far back of the photo another ridge of rocks can be seen spreading throughout the entirety of the photograph horizontally. In front of this ridge distant is a tree line also spreading across the entirety of the photograph horizontally. A part of the tree line is obscured by the rock formation in focus. A part of the plains can be seen in front of this tree line but is mostly covered by the outcrop featured at the forefront of the photograph. To the lower right is a flat stake with a tag attached, likely marking a paleontological find.
