The man on the left side is walking away from the camera. He has field clothes and a hat on. Calvin Harold Riggs is on the right and is sitting on a folding chair. He wears field clothes and a hat. The tent on the right contains supplies and a stove. Prairie grass is in the foreground. The sky fills the background. Handwriting is below the photograph.
