Description
This black and white photograph features a man working at an excavation site. A man stands in the middle of this photo. He is wearing boots, pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat. He is using a long hand drill to bore into a large canyon-like opening in the ground. The man is standing close to the edge of the gap in the rock. Behind the man are slopes with vertical erosion, as well as a pile of rock fragments at the base of one slope.
