Description
This black and white photograph features a camping site near Happy Jack's ranch in Alberta. Two white tents are set up. A man is sitting on a box while another man stands behind him looking his direction. There are three other people behind him near a wagon hitched to two horses. Two more horses are hitched to another wagon in the center of the photo, while several more horses graze in the background behind them. Two buggies with horses are seen in the left center. Pieces of wood and various boxes are in the foreground. A water well can be seen in the center of the photo. A river runs behind the water well, and a building is on the other side. Trees and rock formations are in the far background. Handwriting is below the photograph.
