Description
This black and white photograph features the exposure of Pliocene-epoch terrain located above the Belly River Formation in Alberta, Canada. The outcrop of land is the central focus of the photograph. The outcrop is rounded slightly on the top, and the Pliocene-epoch terrain is visible down the middle of it. Tufts of grass and shrub brush are scattered along the sides of the outcrop. On the lower half of the photograph, underneath the outcrop, grass and shrub brush grow across the land. Handwriting is below the photograph.
