Description

This black and white photograph features a motorboat pulling a scow and another small boat tied behind the scow on the Red Deer River in Alberta, Canada. Three men, identified in another photo on the same page as Levi Sternberg, Lawrence M. Lambe, and Charles H. Sternberg, stand on the scow, and one man, Charlie (Mortram Sternberg), is driving the motorboat. The water has some ripples through it, but it is mostly calm. Behind the boats is a strip of land that is populated with trees. This image is included in Charles H. Sternberg's book - "Hunting Dinosaurs in the Bad Lands of the Red Deer River, Alberta, Canada Figure 9." The description is on page 49. Handwriting is below the photograph.
