Description
This black and white photograph features three men working at an excavation site. The first man is standing on a ledge above the other two and is looking at the rocks in front of him. The second man is standing in a cratered hole to the right and bent over at the waist looking at something in the rocks. The third man is standing to the right with one leg crossed over the other at the ankles and his left hand resting on his hip. He has a smoking pipe in his mouth. Various tools, including shovels, are nearby. Handwriting is below the photograph.
