Description

This black and white photograph features a panorama that George Sternberg took of some coulees that begin at the prairie level. The prairie level is visible in part of the foreground. The coulees rise from there and create a stratified formation. Grass grows on the prairie level land and each flat area in the coulees, but the inclines of the coulees are rocky and bare. Handwriting is below the photograph.
