Description
This black and white photograph features a river with a small island in the middle. Trees stand along the sides of and in the river and on the island in the river. The photo features outcrop formations along the left of the river, and flatland along the right of the river. In the distance to the right are more outcrop formations. The Sternberg camp is set up on the left side of the river, and to the right of the river is Rosse's ranch. The camp consists of at least two white tents, pitched on the shore, and a scow that includes a white tent and two small dinghies floating nearby. Handwriting is below the photograph.
