Description
This black and white photograph features a mold fossil of the integument of the tail of a Stephanosaurus marginatus. The dull mold has a rough and bumpy texture. The surface of the mold is uneven and wavy. The mold fossil is broken into seven different pieces. Rock debris and dirt are located underneath the mold fossil. The fossil is from the Late-Cretaceous period and identified as a dubious genus of the hadrosaurid. Handwriting is below the photograph.
