Description
This black scrapbook page contains four black and white photographs from George Sternberg's photo album. The photos consist of a fossil excavation in a quarry. There are two photos of a man wrapping the fossils in plaster on the left side of the album page. The fossils in each picture on the left are said to be from a Chasmosaurus Belli. On the right side of the album page are two landscape pictures of the quarry dig sites. Each of the right photos depicts the same area of the quarry and a horse-drawn wagon in the middle. George Sternberg provided a cursive inscription underneath each of the photos.
