Description

This black and white photograph features an image taken from a train window in southeastern Pennsylvania. Several buildings are halfway up the hill with fences in front of them. A water tank with a ladder leaning against it is between two buildings. The trees in front of the buildings and behind the buildings going up the hill do not have foliage. There is a river between the train window and the mountain.
