Description

This black and white photograph features a portrait of Floyd Cossman - he is wearing a letter jacket with the letter J on its front and is standing next to a display of letter garments while holding a football in his left arm. Floyd Cossman ordered the photograph. St. John High School Class of 1917. It's believed Mr. Gray mistakenly wrote "39538" on this negative instead of "49538." According to the 1916 edition of "The Gold and Brown," Floyd Cossman was the Junior Class president for the class of 1917. In "Re-Echo," Floyd Cossman, the same boy depicted here, is listed as Rusty Cossman in the Class of 1917's 8th grade group photo.
