Artist's Statement
I am a multi-discipline artist working mainly in ceramics. My paintings often reflect my politics and how living as a woman has shaped my place in society. While my ceramics are how I can have fun and create for myself. Using my skills in color, application, and technique I want to draw the viewer in by the details and the messaging within the pieces.
