Astronaut Alan B. Shepard, in his Mercury pressure suit, suit inflated and visor closed, seated in his contour couch, just shortly before his Mercury-Redstone suborbital flights. Gus Grissom, was almost in the same situation. (RE: Dr. Randall M. Chambers)
