Three Astronauts, Right to left, Shepard, Schirra and Glenn, busy at work in Mercury Control during Virgil I. Grissom's Mercury-Redstone 4 launch. Shepard is in direct communication with Grissom in the Liberty Bell 7 spacecraft. This was the second U.S. man-in space flight. (NASA Photo)
