This black and white photograph features two men identified as Major H. A. Dargue and Lt. E. C. Whitehead in flight suits and aviator caps and stand beside an open-cockpit airplane that bears a logo and insignia saying U. S. Army Pan-American Flight. c. 1930. Whitehead was husband to Mary Morse Nicholson, daughter of John C. Nicholson.
