Description
This black and white photograph is a scan from the Keith DeHaven Notebook No. 139. It features a studio portrait of a main sitting by a table. Vials are displayed in a case resting on a large book on the table. Photo is by Noble Pettenger studio of Wichita. Text with photo reads: "This photograph was identified as Dr. Whitlock. However, D. V. Whitney (Physician and Surgeon) was known to have practiced in Sedgwick from an office in the drug store in 1872 and it is questioned that perhaps this could be he."
