This color photograph is a scan from the Athena Club notebook: Community Improvement Project, February 1, 1978. A group of people are gathered near the entrance of a covered frame building. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jacobson, dressed as Uncle Sam and Betsy Ross, are standing just to the right of the building. Text with photo reads: "Mayor Keith DeHaven cuts the ribbon at the Dedication of the Sedgwick Historical Museum on July 4, 1976. Ribbon souvenir attached."
