This color illustration depicts a Harvey County Rural School. The pencil and color pencil drawing of Gem School, District No. 30 was created by Will Boller, a student of Eva Philbrick in 1907-1908. Drawing includes the one-room school building, a windmill, and a water pump. Green shutters accent the windows.
