Description
This black and white photograph features a portrait of John Wendall. He is standing and is wearing a white knickers outfit. This photo studio postcard was sent to Walton KS. The message on the back of the postcard reads: "7/13-12 Blue Springs Nebr. Hello. This is John Wendell and as fine as you ever find. 14 months Monday. Nell is (illegible) it is a little hot up here about 100 most of the time in the day and mighty (illegible) to something like it last night I guess. How is every body at Walton? I don't know where time is to write, but have been, (illegible) it may be nice for all I know. Your Bertha.'"
