Robert Gilmore Defendant arrested on the complaint of James Masterson charging that on the 6th day of August AD. 1878, at the said City of Dodge City, the said Defendant did within the corporate limits of the said City then and there unlawfully disturb the quit of the City in that he did conduct himself in a rude, angry, and disorderly manner. Contrary to the provisions of Section II of Ordinance No. 16 Relating to Misdemeanors. Now on this 7th day of August, 1878 came this cause for hearing. Case called. Defendant present in court and after hearing the charges contained in the complaint read enters a plea of “guilty.” Whereupon it is by the court considered ordered and adjudicated that he is guilty as charged in the complaint and that he be fined one dollar and the costs of this prosecution and that he stands committed until the same is paid.
